Why are men or boys sometimes like women or girls?
Men, boys, women and girls are all people, and all people are individuals. The supposed differences are a result of thousands of years of cultural myths. Those myths are causing divisiveness and threatening our survival. You are a person, and you are good. We all share the ability to express all traits and leanings that are human. We are people first, and men and women second.
The imposed unnatural differences are a product of the primary myth on which our civilization is based. Because it is a primary core belief that men are different from women, we tend to be blind to anything contrary. This is the lens through which we view human reality. This artificial division between males and females is the cause of everything from bullying to high crime rates and war.
There is a reason why our civilization has thought of us as being men or women first rather than individuals or people first. It was necessary to create this artificial division in order to narrow perception to the physical world. We stepped apart from animal perception that sees itself as being connected to everything, including an inner reality from which we have only recently emerged.
This division may have once served a purpose, but we are in danger because we have taken this too far for too long. The time has come to heal and to step outside of the myths that have held us back for so long. War, violence and divisiveness are a symptom of the artificial division.
Boys are sometimes like girls and men like women because we are people first. We have defined men and women as being different when in fact we are all basically the same, regardless of which sex we belong to.
Basing our civilization on the differences between males and females is nonsensical
For hundreds of generations boys have been told that they must be tough, merciless and macho to be a true male. As a result, this becomes survival programming which is gradually coded into the next generations DNA, ultimately producing the rougher appearance of males.
Boys are often terrified of revealing their sensitive nature because they may be perceived as “girl-like,” and this is taboo in many cultural settings. Girl-like behaviors can make boys targets for bullying and worse. Love between males is still taboo and even outlawed in certain societies.
I suffered as a result of norms that I did not fit into. I also learned early on that men and boys, women and girls, are all alike. I also realized why we hold onto this myth and how destructive it really is.
Division between the sexes began about five thousand years ago
The stress placed on the differences between the sexes began over five thousand years ago. Isolating “male” characteristics in one sex is the cause of a 5,000-year period of violence in humanity’s history. The artificial division and exaggerations underpin most of humanity’s problems.
We have based our civilization on the differences between males and females, when in fact those differences are insignificant. The similarities are far greater. The energy, power and creative capabilities of a complete and united soul is far beyond those of the artificial, reduced self that our culture presumes to be normal.
Toughness and ruthlessness were virtues in early tribal societies and compassion in the male could lead to death in battle. Thus, the more ruthless genes were passed to the next generation. This has carried over. In Islamic sharia law, for example, there are strict codes that males must adhere to and punishments may include stoning to death for homosexuality.
Vladmire Putin has LGBT Ukrainians on his kill list, and I personally have witnessed widespread condemnation of a similar nature growing up in a more tolerant community near New York, USA.
The problem continues throughout society. When a person can be killed for being natural and loving, the entire civilization is in danger. When love cannot be expressed, contrary emotions compensate. People become mean. Hatred punitive measures become more severe. Unhappy people do not want others to be happy.
Suppression of love in males has a direct link to war between nations. It is behind the high incarceration rate in America.

How do we understand and solve the conflict between the sexes?
To understand and solve the conflict between the sexes we need only to recognize how the differences have been exaggerated. We can then see how the historically exaggerated polarities have led to the conflict between the sexes, increased hostilities in general and served to intensify attraction between males to females.
A desperate need for the opposite sex, and a lack of compassion in some males is a result of an artificial division in the psyche. The cause of this division can be understood. It occurred because of our conscious evolution.
Cultural programming
The artificial culturally generated differences between the sexes are a result of cultural directives that are attempting to make reality fit our beliefs. Our mainstream beliefs, however, are myths.
It all began over 5,000 years ago with the development of self-consciousness. If you are new to this subject, you may want to read my article on conscious evolution first.
When we set out to develop self-consciousness we used the male energy as a means to remove ourselves from our source and the perception characteristic of the animals. We did that and now we must heal.
The myth that says we are males and females rather than persons first, is possible only because of another myth. Our picture of reality that forms in our head is a product of scientific materialism. When we view our world and human nature through the lens of materialism we mistake our beliefs for reality. If we understood that materialism was a myth and that holographic reality accurately described reality, we would realize that our beliefs filter our perception and that our environment is a projection of our beliefs.
We create our personal and social reality according to what we believe, and this explains why so many people in the world are fooled by myths.
As people recognize behavior does not always fit what science tells us is natural, laws change. I find it amusing that we create laws to enforce ideas about human nature, so that when our beliefs change, we must change our laws governing behavior!
The fact that this area of belief is such an emotionally charged issue supports the idea that our beliefs are emotional and cultural rather than intellectual. I am not completely at liberty to suggest something that will arouse objection and so I will get around that by explaining conscious evolution and shedding some light on some myths and from there you can figure it all out.
Secondly, I will make the point that we are forcing reality to comply with ideas that originated when humanity began to stress “male” characteristics about 5,000 years ago with the onset of the bronze age and Beaker people in Europe.
Thirdly, I must give you a reason why this happened, which I do. The emphasis on what we think of as being almost exclusively male psychological characteristics was purposeful in that it served conscious evolution in a good way for a limited amount of time but is now overdone and thus threatening our survival.
The strong belief that the male is basically competitive, violent, etc…, combined with the fact that we create our reality and read our nature accordingly, creates a situation in which we have latched on to certain ideas about males and females being opposites that seem to be blatantly obvious yet is completely false.
When we adamantly believe something is true that is not, we create a pseudoreality. This means we create a reality of physical fact (DNA programming and behavior) that is not an intrinsic reality but is artificial in that it does not really fit underlying reality.
The human psyche is is a repository of both male and female characteristics. We draw what we need from the psyche according to official beliefs (drawn from religion, Darwinism and Freud primarily).
We develop along the lines of cultural beliefs to fit in and survive within a culture that connects laws with behavior in this area. To survive we must fit in. This psychological and behavioral data become so relevant that it ends up recorded in DNA so that boys and girls find it easier to grow into the cultural selves expected of them.
Conscious evolution has resulted in an artificial human, and this is causing our personal and global problems.
This is one of the most important things people need to learn, and which needs to be taught in our public schools.
Knowing how you actually create your reality is comprehending that you are like a living, breathing projector. Don’t, however, think of yourself as projecting your reality as you move through time and space, rather see yourself as projecting time and space itself.
There was a period in history a long time ago when all of this was known. Before the advent of western civilization, and particularly in the time of hunters and gatherers, child, woman and man understood the interweaving of inner and outer reality. Fairy tales contain this ancient knowledge.

Evolutionary Leap
We became man kind 5,000 + years ago when a shift in consciousness was decided upon that was intended to be temporary but was unnecessarily prolonged. In the simplest of terms, we got stuck in a macho world that included a lot of cruelty, abuse and degradation.
Consciousness Shift Five Thousand + Years Ago
On a deep collective level below the subconscious there was a deliberate decision made to develop a new type of consciousness. In order to achieve these ends, a new orientation that emphasized what we think of as male characteristics was adopted by the race as a whole.
The new physically oriented consciousness would be focused away from inner reality and toward physical reality. In order to develop that physical focus, all of man’s psychological and physical characteristics needed to be oriented toward the physical.
In order to achieve these ends, all characteristics that served this purpose were labeled as male, and were assigned to the male sex. The male was then given dominance over civilization and the opposite characteristics which were embodied by the female sex.
The dominated-over characteristics which were expressed by the female sex include inward focused tendencies and attributes which keep us in touch with inner knowledge.
Where Did the Magic of Childhood Go?
When we are aware of inner knowledge we are plugged into compassion and natural power. Natural power is power that works with rather than in opposition to nature. We remain aware of the fact that our thoughts create our reality, and that we are good rather than basically bad beings.
Beginning around 5,000 years ago, the male sex, representing the outwardly thrusting characteristics necessary to create the new physically focused ego consciousness, took charge of civilization. Male-rule civilizations developed. In this way, what we think of as male characteristics guided the race towards the development of a new type of outwardly focused consciousness.
We are psychologically imbalanced
As a result of our “male” orientation, over the past 5000 + years we have successfully evolved a new type of self-awareness and ego consciousness. However, we have overdone the process and as a result need to reclaim what we have labeled as female, or feminine characteristics. These characteristics which were suppressed represent our connection with our source.
The absence of “feminine” psychological characteristics in the male results in runaway negative emotion and aggression in the male sex. This is an unnatural situation that has gotten out of hand in contemporary times.

We must re-emphasize what we have labeled as female traits, such as empathy, compassion, cooperation, love and nurturing, to name but a few. These qualities must be developed in the male sex.

Children possess both “male” and “female” psychological characteristics and leanings, and then because of the cultural directives I have been bringing to your attention, they are artificially divided in puberty. Males simply need to retain this unity as they mature into adults. In this way they will not become cruel or unsympathetic, among other things. Love, as well as a new set of softer values, are the solution. Also, of course, education. Everyone needs to be taught what happened in history over 5,000 years ago and why. Then we need to make the necessary corrections in our consciousness.
America, taking a “male” stance as a country, is also the leading carceral country. America has the highest incarceration rate in the world. If we don’t make these changes, we will become an intolerant and bias militant country. We will also lose our capacity for certain sensitivities, and laws will prevent us from being affectionate and emotional with others. The race will morph into something dark.

When males learn traditional roles, they their ego tends to accept exaggerated characteristics. They perceived through a lens that favors the cultural norms rather than a more balanced set of psychological and emotional tendencies.
These are the type of people that become bullies or dictators. The entire race will develop in this direction if we do not have a renaissance of what we call female characteristics as we saw with the 1960s Love Generation and events like Woodstock.

The human psyche has both male and female psychological characteristics, and the physical body and its desires are a reflection and manifestation of the spiritual. Therefore, all people are basically bisexual. Yet some people appreciate the same sex more so than the opposite sex, and others the opposite of course. Therefore, naturally, gay rights should be a primary goal for all countries.
To deride the body and its appetites and attractions is to deride the spirit, and this is what has been misunderstood by our civilization. Personal attraction is simply positive spiritual energy, a truth that Darwinian myths and religions have precluded and cloaked.
In the simplest of terms, we need to put an end to unnatural behavior as males often express cruel and insensitive tendencies. The therapy in this case, of course, would be teach males that it is okay to love other males, rather than to continue to allow children to ridicule one-another for same-sex attraction.
Other problems arising from separation and runaway “male” characteristics
The problems just mentioned are far from being the only problems produced by unnatural male ego dominance. Male nationalistic tribes and patriarchal systems have produced excessive and unending cruelty, violence and many other problems for thousands of years.
We have to reconnect to our source and restore our more authentic nature as it was understood and expressed prior to the split in the human psyche that occurred some 5,000 years ago. We must also turn our attention to the environment.
It is imperative that we immediately stop polluting the environment. We must somehow undo the damage done in that area. We must also change our economic, educational, military, medical, political, justice, social and other models to fit the new paradigm that will come about as this knowledge is integrated into the consciousness of humanity.
The unnatural division of the human psyche
Some 5,000 + years ago the males in society became dominant as male psychological characteristics suddenly became prominent and were held in high esteem as a directive for all consciousness. At the same time, the more natural, compassionate and intuitive characteristics as reflected in the mother goddess, were subdued in all humans. They were considered inferior, and dominated by the male patriarch.
This evolved and increased the artificial overemphasis of what we think of as male characteristics. This is our current predicament, and this is why we have wars and conflicts and are experiencing climate change and other severe personal and collective problems.
Why the World Lacks Love The Problem and Solution
Until the time of puberty, the human psyche expresses both male and female psychological characteristics. The self is whole and merged. After that time, (because what happened 5000 + years is being unnaturally maintained and promoted in current culture), the human psyche tends to divide itself up into two camps. Boys will develop the masculine or what we think of as male characteristics, and girls will express what we think of as female or intuitive and compassionate characteristics. To some degree, this dissection of the human psyche is lessening, but this unnatural dividing of the complete self has been the cultural norm for some 5,000 years.
An over-emphasis of what we think of as egotistical or male characteristics served in the formation of ego consciousness – an outwardly focused consciousness that sees itself as separate from all else; a type of outwardly manipulative consciousness that can manipulate matter with conscious intent. This is a positive development that led to a new kind of human, and a race that can manage the planet, create a technology and improve the standard of living, leading to advances in all areas.
Less the exaggerated male characteristics, what we have now is a very special and positive development. We have a unique type of consciousness and should be proud.
However, the problems I have described must be addressed. These problems are result of the exaggeration of the male characteristics that were intended to be temporary and transitional. The transitional period of cruel male dominance has been far overextended and thus has led to our current state of affairs, predicament, and distorted views of human nature. Our true human nature is much better than what we have now.
There is no reason to incarcerate people. As we treat people in hospitals, we can treat people for authoritarianism, a characteristic of the carceral state and law enforcement officials in particular.
The true crime is the premeditated kidnapping and incarceration of U.S. citizens. Punishment is a cruel, cold and unnatural principle. Is entirely man-made and has no place in the natural order.
We live in a kind and generous universe. Distrust of human nature is a myth, but the myth manifests behaviors and institutional models that falsely justify cruelty. Both criminals and law enforcement tend to operate within the same paradigm.
Our true human nature is far more cooperative, compassionate and altruistic than any social scientist has realized.
Human nature during the past five thousand years does not accurately reflect our authentic nature.
With the over-development of what we think of as male characteristics, and under-development of we what we think of as female characteristics, the race became very dumb and cruel. This development marks the beginning of patriarchal societies and the kind of problems that plague civilization today, including conflicts and warring egos and tribes seeking dominance over the scary others.
The male gods mark the introduction of paradigms of human degradation and much more militaristic cultures.
