It is a matter of public record that Trump has instructed individuals in acts of violence numerous times. In that sense it is a kind of civil war.
Trump has three criminal probes and ten civil lawsuits against him. He will again be subpoenaed, and he will be in the spotlight when that happens.

But many other charges apply. Trump is culpable of multiple crimes for which he will be subpoenaed, indicted and arrested.
There are so many lines that have been crossed that officials are overburdened. Fighting the corruption to subpoena, indict and arrest Trump is complicated by constant attacks on the people and families of those on the right side of history.
The Jan. 6th committee will likely subpoena Trump. He could be subpoenaed at any time.

Is this a civil war?
This a civil war, but it is a different kind of civil war utilizing metaphysical principals and it is an inside job in plain sight. It is not a civil war according to definition but is a mostly non-violent form of civil war that is a product of an evolution of tactics used in corrupt business dealings. In short, Trump cheats.
When someone cannot win fairly, they usually admit defeat and try again. Trump, however, does not admit he was wrong and says the game was unfair. He is a liar and cheat; and he uses his words to win over people who are gullible.
Those that elected him believe him or they wouldn’t have elected him in the first place. When he says not to watch or believe the news they do so. This allows him to fool them all and continue his corruption to destroy democracy.
We are witnessing a long-term breakdown of civil society. This is happening because of Trump and his efforts to radicalized his supporters and bully republicans into submission. Bullies can be very dangerous, especially when they are in a high office.
This is a civil war to the degree that citizens of this country are attacking other citizens of the same country. But because Congress has not officially declared war it is technically not a civil war. Nor are the attacks usually violent. Congress has the constitutional power to “declare war,” but that is unlikely because of the subversive nature of that attacks.
Trump should be subpoenaed regarding all his criminal probes and civil lawsuits, and he should be indicted and arrested for the crimes he has committed. Trump is engaged in a systematic effort to undermine and overthrow the government as an expert cheater and looser who has mastered his craft of being a black magician (not referring to race).
Although it has been taking forever, the process of indicting Trump could have already begun within the Department of Justice. An indictment is an accusation, and an arrest is an action, but they typically happen at about the same time.
The Department of Justice can indict and arrest Trump as a result of the criminal referral from the Jan. 6th Committee or from his other criminal probes. Any one of Trump’s ten or more criminal cases could also result in an indictment or arrest. However, Trump will appeal and attempt to obstruct justice. An arrest could take from one to three years.
A sitting president cannot be indicted. But it is possible to indict and arrest a former president.
Trump can be indicted and arrested for Conspiracy to Defraud the United States and Seditious Conspiracy for his efforts to overthrow state election results with the help of Jeffery Clark.
A criminal conspiracy to overthrow the United States government should lead to an immediate indictment and arrest. This is as severe a crime as a person can commit. If Trump is not indicted, arrested and sent to prison soon, the American experiment and democracy could fail.

What was sought in the search warrant was found in Donald Trump’s possession.
20 boxes of property of the United States government were obtained in the search of Mar-a-Logo. Many top-secret documents, and even higher security than top-secret documents were obtained.
Trump has not yet been arrested or charged with a crime by the DOJ, but this search turned up evidence that exposes Trump to additional risk of indictment.
The January 6th Committee presented a 7th hearing.
People sneaked into the White House on December 18th to influence Trump to initiate a coup. An insane unhinged meeting ensues. That meeting leads to Trump’s call to action the next day.
Extremist are roused and all hell breaks loose.
On Dec. 19, Kelly Meggs, president of the Oath Keepers’ Florida chapter, said on social media that the Oath Keepers, Three Percenters and the Proud Boys will “work together and shut this sh*t down.
Various extremists make statements to start a revolution:
“Why don’t we just kill them? Every last democrat, down to the last man, woman, and child? The average democrat is a traitor. They do not care about election fraud. The punishment for treason is death.
“It’s time for the DAY OF THE ROPE! WHITE REVOLUTION IS THE ONLY SOLUTION!”
Former Oath Keeper, Tatenhove says that we should “call things for what they are,” and that “the Oath Keepers was s a paramilitary force that President Trump was engaging. This was an armed revolution that could have been a spark that started a civil war.”
The gallows set up for Mike Pence was “only a hint,” he says, “of what could have happened. We were lucky. It could have gotten much more violent.” With concern for his children’s future he said “I fear for the world, what will happen if we do not hold these leaders accountable for their actions.”
06/28/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented the sixth televised hearing and it was as compelling as the other five:
Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Meadows says “things might get real, real bad.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] according to Hutchinson.

The January 6th committee hearings are going to begin on June 9th. The focus will be on what Trump was doing during the time of the capital riot, the organizing and financing aspects of the rally, the false election fraud claims, and the police response to the Capital charge. The hearings will take place during the day and during prime time.

3/02/22: The January 6th Committee has filed a motion in court documents today based on solid evidence that Trump committed “criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States” and corrupt obstruction of an official proceeding in an effort to overturn the 2020 election.
The evidence is well documented.
This is also intended to stop John Eastman from pleading the 5th. The Select Committee is telling a judge tonight that the former President Trump, John Eastman and others where engaged in crime and are therefore not eligible for a 5th amendment plea.
The time is fast approaching when Trump will be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison.

02/08/22 UPDATE: The National Archives retrieved 15 boxes of White House records from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home which included letters from Barack Obama and Kim Jong Un. Trump has violated the Presidential Records act in this and other ways. While in office he routinely ripped up correspondences and records that are required by law to be retained. Hundreds of official documents received by the Archives are scotch-taped back together or still in pieces.
When the Supreme Court denied his claim of executive privilege, in order to conceal exactly what he was doing before, during, and after the January 6 attack on the Capitol, he shredded government documents.
Witnesses have reported that Trump has even eaten documents in the White House to conceal wrongdoing. As a business man this is what he learned to do — to destroy incriminating evidence. Presidents are normally held to higher standards because they represent the country. For these reasons, Trump should be subpoenaed, indicted and arrested immediately.
Destroying federal records during a presidential transition is a federal crime. Trump did so with criminal intent and was aware that his actions were criminal.

At age seven I told my friend, "If you do good things, good things will happen to you," as I pointed to a rock in an old stone wall and asked him to hand it to me. We had collected roadside trash and put it in a depression in the ground. We had been cleaning up a local road after school back in 1970, before the environmental movement even began.
I dropped the rock on the trash to conceal it (all that we knew to do at that age). With the trash buried, I turned to look at my friend. There had been a shoe box filled with old coins behind the rock I had asked for and he had the coins spread out on top of the stone wall. We filled our pockets and headed home to tell everyone we had discovered treasure! It was one of the moments you can never forget and perhaps the best day of my early childhood.

Has Trump Been Subpoenaed, Indicted or Arrested? Is this a Civil War?
Trump is engaged in a systematic effort to undermine and overthrow the government but is is not technically a civil war only because war has not been declared. However, his actions are as as an expert cheater and looser who has mastered his craft.
We do not usually subpoena, indict or arrest people for being losers but cheaters can be subpoenaed, indicted and arrested. The manner in which Trump cheats is through a form of trickery in which he creates an image of success out of failure and corruption.
The power of suggestion that Trump uses is harmful yet effective for him. There is no way to indict for that however. The former president is utilizing a form of mass bullying and hypnosis, and as powerful and evil it is there are no ways to indict and arrest a person for that kind of manipulation.
